PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The field of health care is undergoing rapid and significant transformation. Advances such as artificial intelligence are revolutionizing the methods used to diagnose and treat diseases. Innovative therapies for obesity are emerging, and new medical schools are being established to train the next generation of physicians. Taken together, these developments are reshaping medicine for a new era.
THE GOALS OF THIS PROGRAM ARE:
- To convene leading experts who will examine the ways in which these advances intersect across various disciplines and discuss how innovation can best be leveraged to serve our communities.
- To explore the connections among medical education, therapeutic practices, and technological innovation, all with the shared objective of creating a more connected, equitable, and compassionate future in the field of medicine.
